It's your choice in how to engage...

  • HOW: In Person or Virtual or Hybrid

    How you use our services is flexible and tailored to your needs. The engagements can be delivered in person, virtually, or as a hybrid of both—depending on what works best for you. We are based in the Northeast but will travel to meet our clients.

  • HOW: Indoors or Outdoors / Traditional or Non-Traditional

    Working with us you aren't limited to office spaces. While we have extensive experience of coaching in a traditional workplace settings, we also offer our services in non-office environments and outdoor spaces. Whether it’s sessions walking or in nature, we adapt to create an environment that supports your reflection, creativity and growth.

  • HOW: Flexible Length Sessions

    Individual coaching session (1:1) is typically delivered in 60–90-minute sessions over a 4-6 month period, but we recognise that flexibility is key. We also offer shorter, more frequent sessions, as well as extended sessions over longer timeframes, adapting to what works best for you. In team and group coaching the sessions are typically 2-3hrs or a day long. For our consultancy service we have the same flexible approach fitting around your schedule.

  • HOW: 1:1 or 1:Few or 1:Many

    For our coaching services they can be highly effective when used by individuals but they also work for key partnerships, teams and groups. For example 1: Few can work well if you have one or two colleagues you work particularly closely with or want to collaborate with more effectively or tackle a shared challenge, this approach can provide structured support and shared insights. 1:Many works with Group Coaching or larger team events.

  • FOR WHO: Teams

    We work with leadership teams who are an identifiable number of individuals with shared accountability for delivering a specific set of organisational goals/bid or project, working together. Using our performance coaching services will enhance collaboration, strengthen communication and improve overall team performance, helping them to work better together and achieve stronger results.

  • FOR WHO: Groups

    We work with groups who are a collection of individuals with a shared experience or common goal, examples include developing leaders across an organisation, maternity returners, recent military joiners, senior women leaders. Using our performance coaching services will help them learn from each other, expand their networks and build meaningful connections. It’s an effective way for an organisation to support development within a collaborative setting.

  • FOR WHO: Individuals

    Our services are suitable for individuals at every point in their careers be that early development, recent promotion, stepping into senior leadership, changing organisations, big life changes, career direction shifting, military leavers, contemplating retirement or other significant changes.

  • FOR WHO: Organisations

    Our services are suitable for organisations who value an external, expert view but one that really listens to what you want to achieve. We don't provide a pre-made solution, we listen and respond with your requirements baked in or challenge them to ensure you get services that deliver. Examples include working with senior leaders to design and plan their team meetings and facilitating the delivery to get the maximum value from the time together.
